Fiber Splicing Equipment
Small Special Fiber Splicer (XQ7230B)
XQ7230B is a small special fiber splicing system based on electric heat source, designed independently by OSCOM. The system is mainly used in the splicing process of various optical fiber products — making combiners, splicing fiber bundles, splicing coarse fibers, and splicing fibers and end caps. It can realize splices of 2x1, 3x1, 7x1, (6+1)x1, (18+1)x1, 19x1 combiner cone waists and output fiber. The accepted fiber size is Φ400m to Φ800m, customizable from Φ125m to Φ1200m.
Key Features
- Small form factor, more compact than XQ7230
- Electric heat source for stable splicing
- Wide fiber acceptance range (Φ125m–Φ1200m with customization)
- Supports multiple combiner configurations
Applications
- High power combiner splicing
- fiber splicing
