CO2 Laser Splicer (XQ7210)
XQ7210 is a large-diameter fiber splicer with CO2 laser as the heat source which is designed independently by OSCOM Technology. The splicer can splice 80μm -2500μm fiber or glass rod quickly, accurately and stably. It mainly used for the splicing of QBH fiber end cap, optical combiner fiber bundles, special fiber, the tapering of glass tube, and the processing of fiber ball lens, low melting point fiber, etc. It is multifunctional, easy to use and has flexible applications.

PM CO2 Laser Splicer (XQ7210P)
XQ7210P is a large-diameter polarization-maintaining fiber splicer with CO2 laser as the heat source which is designed independently by OSCOM Technology. The splicer can splice 80μm -2500μm fiber or glass rod quickly, accurately and stably. It mainly used for the splicing of QBH fiber end cap, optical combiner fiber bundles, special fiber, the tapering of glass tube, and the processing of fiber ball lens, low melting point fiber, etc. It is multifunctional, easy to use and has flexible applications.

Special Fiber Splicer (XQ7230)
XQ7230 is a large-diameter special fiber splicing system based on electric heat source, designed independently by OSCOM Technology. The system is mainly used in splicing and cleaving fiber bundles in the manufacture of fiber combiners supporting 2x1, 3x1, 7x1, (6+1)x1, (18+1)x1, 19x1 tapering zone combiner and output fiber. XQ7230 integrates ultrasonic on-line cleave, enabling rapid and steady cleave and splice of fiber bundles, enhancing the efficiency of fiber combiner manufacture.

Small Special Fiber Splicer (XQ7230B)
XQ7230B is a small special fiber splicing system based on electric heat source, designed independently by OSCOM. The system is mainly used in the splicing process of various optical fiber products — making combiners, splicing fiber bundles, splicing coarse fibers, and splicing fibers and end caps. It can realize splices of 2x1, 3x1, 7x1, (6+1)x1, (18+1)x1, 19x1 combiner cone waists and output fiber. The accepted fiber size is Φ400m to Φ800m, customizable from Φ125m to Φ1200m.

Large Diameter Fiber Splicer (XQ7260)
XQ7260 is a large-core fiber splicer designed independently by OSCOM Technology. Its heat source is an electrode arc. It can splice quartz fiber and large-core fiber. Different specifications of optical fiber holders can be replaced to meet the splicing of fiber with different core diameters.

Mini Large Diameter Fiber Splicer (XQ7260B)
XQ7260B is a mini large-diameter fiber splicer designed independently by OSCOM Technology. Its size is more compact than the regular model. Its heat source is an electrode arc. It can splice quartz fiber and large-diameter fiber. Different specifications of optical fiber holders can be replaced to meet the splicing of fiber with different diameters.

Polarization Maintaining Large Diameter Fiber Splicer (XQ7260C)
XQ7260C is a polarization-maintaining large-diameter fiber splicer designed independently by OSCOM. Its heat source is an electric arc. It can splice quartz fiber, polarization-maintaining fiber, and large-core fiber. XQ7260C adopts PAS side recognition and visual fiber end face image system, which can more easily observe the cleaving quality of fiber, and provide more accurate and faster alignment and splicing of PMF.

Graphite Fiber Splicer (XQ7240)
XQ7240 is a graphite fiber splicer with U-shaped heated graphite filament as heat source which is designed independently by OSCOM Technology. It can splicing low melting point fiber, quartz fiber, special fiber, and other products. The XQ7240 measure the position and distance of the fiber with a high-definition camera, and the left and right holders use a precision six-dimensional electric displacement adjustment table, which can quickly and automatically complete the angle alignment and end face alignment. The operation is simple and the splicer can replace varieties of fiber holders and graphite heaters to meet the needs of splicing fiber of different core diameter.
